This policy explains what personal information Digital Performer Lab ("we", "us") collects through dplagency.co.in, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us. When you register to watch our training or book a call, we collect your name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number and city. When you book a call we also collect the answers you give in the booking form — your business name, the type of business you run, your approximate project volume, your marketing spend range and what you tell us about your situation.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this site we and our analytics and advertising partners may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, how far through a video you watched, the time of your visit, and the advertisement or link that brought you here.

We do not collect payment card details, bank details, government ID numbers or any sensitive personal data on this website.

Why we collect it

• To give you access to the training you registered for.
• To contact you about that training and about our services, by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about a call you have booked.
• To measure which advertisements and pages are working, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly.
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit a form on this site, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google/YouTube services. These place cookies and similar identifiers in your browser so that we can measure advertising performance and show relevant advertisements to people who have visited this site. We also store your registration details in your own browser so you are not asked for them again on a return visit.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control the advertisements you see in your Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings. Blocking cookies may stop parts of this site from working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not rent, trade or pass on your phone number to other businesses. We share it only with the service providers who make this site work:

• Google — the spreadsheet where enquiries are stored, and YouTube for video hosting.
• Cal.com — call scheduling.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, through the Meta Pixel.
• Hostinger — website hosting.
• Our WhatsApp messaging provider, for confirmations and reminders.

Some of these providers store data outside India. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the relationship continues and for the period our legal and tax obligations require afterwards.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your data;
• withdraw the consent you gave — this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Email digitalperformerlab@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days. To stop WhatsApp messages at any time, reply STOP and we will remove you.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and access to our enquiry records is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

This site is not part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms Inc, and is not endorsed by Meta in any way. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms Inc.
